Jika di rasa sudah pas rasanya lalu kecilkan api hingga bebek empuk dan bumbunya meresap air menyusut. Saya sekitar 1 jam lebih bebek di ungkepnya..
  4. Setelah air menyusut biarkan sekitar 1jam agar bumbu meresap ke daging bebeknya. Setelah 1 jam siapkan minyak secukupnya lalu goreng hingga kering..
  5. Sambal : rawit di cuci bersih dan bawang putih lalu goreng sekilas saja, baru ulek dan beri penyedap / garam terakhir beri minyak panas sisa goreng bebek secukupnya..
